2. How can I dispatch the product to my eBay customer?

For delivering the item to your buyer, simply activate the ‘ORDER NOW’ button located beside the sold item in your wholesale2b auction list. Continue through each stage of the checkout process until the payment is finalized. Payments can be made through Paypal, Visa, or Master Card.

3. How am I supposed to settle the payment for the sold item?

At the conclusion of the checkout process, you’ll be prompted to complete the payment for the sold product. The charge will include the wholesale price, shipping, and additional fees. The remaining balance after settling your cost is your profit. For those residing outside the USA or Canada, advanced credit options are available for settling payments.

4. Is registration with any suppliers mandatory?

Absolutely not! We manage orders with drop shippers on your behalf, eliminating the need for separate registrations. This encompasses handling returns and acquiring tracking codes from suppliers, a service integrated into all our dropshipping plans.

5. What kind of eBay account is necessary?

Whether personal or business, any eBay account in good standing is acceptable. Optionally, our eBay listing tool can push products to your eBay store if you have one.

6. Is utilizing the ‘BUY IT NOW’ option possible?

Absolutely! Ensure your eBay account permits this function. New accounts might require a build-up of positive feedback before enabling this feature, please refer to eBay’s policies for clarification.

7. How are returns managed?

We facilitate all return requests; just provide us with the order details and return reason. Depending on whether your buyer prefers a refund or an exchange, our team will liaise with the supplier to sort out the details and keep you updated.

8. Is manual monitoring of stock levels necessary?

No, we automate stock level monitoring across all our dropshipping plans, updating your accounts and ensuring you don’t have to manage these updates manually.

9. What if Paypal holds my funds?

Occasionally Paypal may hold funds, especially for new or dormant accounts, to ensure fulfillment of shipping obligations. In such cases, utilizing a credit card to place the order is recommended. Once shipped, providing the tracking code to Paypal usually results in a quick release of funds.

10. Is there a price markup on wholesale prices from suppliers?

We adhere strictly to supplier prices without any markups, ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions.

11. Which countries can I vend to?

We facilitate orders within the USA and Canada. For other locations, processing orders directly with the suppliers is necessary, most of whom support international shipping.

12. Is international shipping available?
