Can I accept credit card payments directly form my website?
Yes, absolutely. Card payments are accepted, and you have the choice of using PayPal, Paypal Pro, Stripe, or Authorize.net. You can signup for a Paypal Pro account with Paypal.com and/or you can signup for a payment gateway account with either Stripe or Authorize.net.
How do I pay for items I sell?
Once you make a sale, the first thing you need to do is check your Paypal account or your Authorize.net account to confirm that you have indeed received a payment for the order. Once confirmed, you can efficiently process the order by clicking on the blue ORDER NOW button that will display in the ORDER HISTORY section of your admin dashboard. Each pending order will have a blue ORDER NOW button. Click on it to pay the wholesale price + shipping & fees, and our team will handle the order for you with the supplier.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes 100%, If you already have a domain name, tick the checkbox “I already own the domain” during signup. Then, we will send you instructions on how to point your domain name to our servers. We try to make this step as easy as possible though we can also help you make this change if you are not familiar with how to change Name Server settings.
Can I host the website myself?
No, there is no need. Our done-for-you website plan includes hosting. So you don’t need to worry about any extra hosting costs.

How do I handle returns?
We know returns are a pain in the arse! That’s why we want to make it as easy as possible. We can help you with all return requests. Simply give us the the order number and the reason for return. We will also need to confirm if your buyer wants a refund or to return the item for an exchange.
Our team will then contact the supplier. Get a RMA number and return address which we will pass on to you. You can then inform your buyer to follow the same instructions and a refund will be issued as per the suppliers’ return policy once the item is received at their warehouse.
Which country can I sell to?
We can help you with orders in the USA and Canada. If you want to ship internationally, this is possible though you will need to process your orders directly with the suppliers. If this is something you want, we will provide you with the names of all our integrated suppliers once you activate a paid plan. Most of them support international shipping. We recommend contacting them directly to open a reseller account if you wish to offer international shipping to your customers.
Can I load my own products?
Yes, you can. There is an upgrade available to let you add your own products. This is a nice option if you are using your own supplier which is not yet integrated with Wholesale2b. You can also provide us with the supplier name, and we will integrate them in our system as long as they meet our requirements.
Do you offer any other done for you dropship services?
